• 1871 census: Alfred T Mutlow age 3 born Ledbury; living with his parents in Ledbury.
  1881 census: Alfred T Mutlow age 13 born Ledbury, living with his mother and step-father John Rumsey in Westbury on Trym.
  1891 census: Alfred Tombs Mutlow age 23, occupation Solicitor, living with his mother and step-father in Westbury.
  Marriage (as Alfred Lambs Mutlow) registered in the Evesham District in the December Quarter of 1894.
  Not located in the 1901 census.
  Note that Samuel Tombs of Droitwich, probably a relative of his mother, was one of the executors of the will of Benjamin Mutlow died 1877.
