Notes
- 1841 census: not listed with her family at Long Acre, so possibly boarded out with relatives.
Living at Long Acre Bingham in 1851 census with her mother and younger brothers, age 13. Still there in 1861 census, age 23 but now married; her husband living with her.
1871 census: aged 38 born Bingham, living with her husband, 3 children and her brother Luke in Long Clawson, Leics.
1881 census: living at 32 Hunger Hill Rd Nottingham with husband and 6 children.
Wrote her last will on 11 Oct 1883 as Ann Mason, Butcher. Appointed her son Edmund and William Oakland of Nottingham Pork Butcher as Trustees and Executors: she left them all her personal and business estate and instructed them to carry on the
business until her youngest child should reach the age of 21, when they were empowered to sell the business and divide the proceeds equally between all of her children (this point would have been reached in 1895, when Clara reached her 21st birthday).
Died at her home address, 32 Hungar Hill Road, age 45.
Will proved at Nottingham 23 May 1884; value of estate £525/5/0d gross, £496/1/4d net.
