Notes

• The register of baptisms, marriages and burials at Preston-by-Hedon start in
  the year 1559.  There are a number of individuals with the surname "Omler"
  (late Ombler) recorded in the village in this early period but it is not
  possible to say if they are siblings or cousins.  For the purposes of the
  chart they are all recorded as being members of the second generation of
  Omblers of Preston.
